Products look like good quality and i like the tokens. Not a knock on the company, but the delivery person just left the package outside by the door of the office.

I ordered the full set of parallel investigators that arrived missing Lola Hayes. When I received the box, it arrived with a little thank you pouch of sample metal tokens. I reached out to customer service who was fantastic about resolving the issue quickly. We loved the look of the tokens so much we ordered the chaos bag tokens and customer service shipped them for free with our replacement of the missing cards. They were fantastic and I will order again as the quality is great and very comparable to the package sets.

The cards are of good quality, very happy overall! Minor nitpicks: roundness of the corners is a bit too much compared to official cards, and the colors are a tad dark. These are minor complaints, however. Very grateful that you’re providing this service. Hoping to see the Unofficial Return to Innsmouth Conspiracy set, if possible. It seems to be available from some other printing services.
