Reverse Monogram Camera Box

Item showed up without the metal chain strap; notified customer service the date of delivery September 21st. No response to several emails. Very disappointed ☹️ Additionally, the square handbag was shipped in a very thin bag package; which was crushed during shipping… one side of bag is flawed now… wish the company would send me the chain strap!

Danke

the bag didnt come with the chain that is in the picture and they had a promotion buy 2 and get 1 free and they never sent me the 3rd one ,but the bag is nice.
