The return policy is horrible. It’s either you get a 30% refund and you’re welcome to keep the product that you have no use for since you’re trying to return it, or you can get a free replacement in the correct size with a $15 reshipment fee. Shoes aren't true to size; I bought a 7 but got a 7 1/2. I'm a true size 7.

1 star — These are fake These Vibram Vi-B Eco are fake. They arrived without the original box, and the label inside says “Made in Vietnam”, which is a major red flag. The overall quality, labels and details make it very clear that these are counterfeit. I paid €70 for them, which is absolutely outrageous for a fake pair. €70 is not a small amount to pay for something that is not even authentic. I would strongly recommend avoiding this seller. Very disappointing and completely unacceptable to sell counterfeit products at this price.

Horrible quality, I didn’t even realize I could still get scammed at 30 years old lol but, he came in a plastic bag, and the shoes are so uncomfortable
