Old rings sent they were sticky and left a residue on my nose so gross. Tried to email company 3 times no response. Customer service is nonexistent

Smell is Good, Noticing the Scents Are Lasting Less

Noticing for all the scents, they're less strong than when I was first getting them 6-8 months ago, and also lasting much shorter. The scents themselves smell good.
