MA-112 Air Purifier

excellent air cleaner

This is an excellent unit. It has a true hepa filter. the ionizer can be turned off-we did not want one. It is not as loud as many air cleaners. It has wheels to move it easily and has an exterior filter which catches the dust , animal dander.

Lifetime warranty

My control board on my MA-112 stopped working and I called for technical support. After their remedy did not work they sent me an email with simple instructions on how to put in a warranty request. Super easy. Replied back to their email with a 5 second video of the control panel not working and a email proof of purchase receipt screen shot. Within hours I received an order number for my new unit! I received my new unit in a few days. This is how companies need to take care of their customers. Phenomenal customer service. AIR FEELS LIGHTER, LESS OET DANDER AND ALLERGEN FEELING. I HAVE THE BIG ONE FOR OUR WHOLE HOUSE AND THE SMALL ONES FOR EACH ROOM! Love that fact that its vetted on the non-toxic home items list.
