Weird Guy - Indigo Power Stretch

My waist measures 34 inches, and Naked & Famous suggests size 31. I ordered it hemmed, but I cannot wear it because it does not fit me. And I cannot return it because I had it hemmed. so it just sits in my closet. But I still look forward to trying another size in the future. This time not hemmed.
