This blade features an asymmetric double bevel with a 14° primary
I hate reviewing products that are limited edition but if you were on the fence like I was I'm more than pleased with this knife. Some reviews have noted difficulty if they are left handed. Made In took a page from older Japanese knife manufacturing techniques and this is largely a one sided edge that will cut slightly differently than an equal double bevel. I was a little worried the carbon fiber handle would be too light but your basic high pinch grip negates that. It's a joy to cook with.
