The bed cover is fine. However, the hoops I had to jump through just to get someone from your company to respond to my request for help in ordering the bed cover is another story. First your website said they were completely sold out in any color so I checked back day after day. Then I finally tried to reach out to someone from your company and no one answered for at least a few weeks. Finally, someone answered and you sent me a link on how to order the bed cover. So while the bed cover is just fine I think that there’s lots of room for improvement on your website, keeping it up-to-date and people responding on your end. Thank you.
