Bootstrap "Lake Surfer™"

These are great jazzmaster pickups! I had a squier j mascis jazzmaster with the stock p90 pickups that sounded like mud, way too much mids. I just wanted a classic scooped mid fender chime like tone, and these are it. Great low end clarity, the highs can be a bit ice pick like but i find they sound the best with the tone knob rolled off a bit to get a more vintage alnico 3 sound. But id rather have the highs there to take out later than not enough highs for clarity. Just buy them
