Light Grey Foot Alignment Socks

I’d like to reach out to customer service but not sure how. These do not fit as shown. I actually think i received two right feet or one medium, one small. The socks are not symmetrical. Either way they do not fit right.

I loved them they are so nice to sleep in

2nd purchase from this, got the darker grey initially and since my partner liked it, I decided to get another one so we'd have one pair each, and it's honestly very relieving!
