Ultimate Complete Home Starter Kit

Waited 12 days for delivery. Received the equipment to make kefir, but no kefir, and no instructions. Emailed, phoned, WhatsApp-ed and attempted live chat with the company multiple times to inform them but as of 22nd Aug no response receieved. I do not recommend this company.

Wow! Great!

Unfortunately it didn't work because my house is too cold due to the cost of living crisis. Will try again in the spring. Instructions were relatively clear, would be useful if there was more information on storing the grains if you're not going to me making it for a while
