500ml Vanilla, Bourbon, & Mandarin Reed Diffuser

Customer service is non-existent. I’ve emailed and called with no response. I’ve been a loyal customer for over a decade. Now my favorite scent seems to have changed. I’m thinking this was my last and final order unfortunately. The lack of customer support alone was the killer.
