Functioneck

For something that looks to be designed for hour neck (the name itself) this has been a breakthrough tool for my thoracic spine. The four training videos are primarily for your upper back and core, though you could certainly focus on your neck by adjusting the movement. A common problem for people considering this might be a forward slouch, this device gas a great exercise for that. An excellent posture tool.

Great product

I have a Chiropractic clinic. I use the Functioneck to progress my forward-head patients out of the initial passive phase into a more active and self-reliant phase. This device is a superior replacement for head weighting.
