Great visibility, water protection, and comfort on and off the bike. Sleeves are extraordinarily long but Velcro closures allow wearer to adjust for arm length, be prepared for a LOT of excess material bunching at the wrists which can make fastening the Velcro challenging.

Well, the first one lasted over ten years, I think. Might have been a fluke, so I got another just to make sure it wasn't. There are some good updates, but it's unchanged at its core. Hard to improve on perfect. I use it for both pedal and motor bikes. Works well in both modes. I'm betting long life is not a fluke...

The Elite performed well in a 40-mile ride in moderate rain. This the first rain jacket that lived up to its promise. Still getting used to no side pockets, but the bread pocket for my phone and the large tail pocket are more than sufficient.
