Wrong item sent; no idea what the actual product is like

Hard to rate this order higher than one star when I received the wrong item and customer service STILL hasn't sent a return label so I can return said incorrect item. It'd be one thing if they immediately sent me a return label AND what I actually ordered, but no, here I am two weeks later without any idea when I'll get what I actually paid for.
