Dolly: Crystal Edition Parfum

I'm extremely pleased with the bottle, and the butterfly dauber is gorgeous. I feel very fortunate to have received mine undamaged, since that is a common complaint. I am surprised that the butterfly wand isn't packaged separately from the bottle. i can see how this packaging is risky. That said, I would have given 5 stars if there had been better communication. I've never placed an order of this value and then received radio silence for a month. No shipping notification, generic responses, etc. Beautiful product, but terrible customer service and response time.

Delivered over a month after ordering, numerous emails with BOT responses, completely broken as if someone threw it on ground and packaged it new. Still waiting for my refund, again, BOT responses. Highly disappointed and would NEVER purchase from the site again. Too expensive of an item to have this kind of service and responses.

The bottle is beautiful and the fragrance is wonderful. It opens a bit powdery in my opinion but then settles into a beautifully complex sandalwood. It wears well on its own and when combined with another fragrance. I find that this wears well all day, but doesn't have a lot of reach unless I'm really piling it on.
