Center Support Bracket for Single Curtain Rods

I ordered these items butbthen realized I did nit need thek as infugured outba different way tonhanh my curtains. I emailed the conpany immediately ans asked ti cancel the order. I had received the order, and replied to the enaio stating I need to return them as I do not need them. I never received a respinse. Insent a follow up email (3rd email) ans again expalimed how i need to return thrm as they not work with my curtains and my setup. I still have them in yhr bix and have not opened them. I stilk have. It heard from the company, even though i sent 3 emails. I will now need to follow up with my credit card company.

The product itself is great, but part of my order was incorrect. I have tried reaching out to the company to resolve the issue via email/website form/Facebook with no response. I’m immensely frustrated with the lack of communication and customer service. Will not be purchasing from them again.

I love the ease of using this product. Durable and reusable. Been using them for about 5 yrs. Highly recommended especially while renting
