This is my second purchase. I love putting this in my water bottle with my electrolytes. It lasts a long time.

I like that the amount is not much, the first few days I only took once a day I love that it woks and the taste is very pleasant ( reminds me of a favorite meal “Muloukheiyeh” a Palestinian , Arabic dish.
