I accidentally put tye wrong address in. I reach out to the customer service team with 5 minutes of placing the order. They sent me an email that they would get back in touch with me. They never did, and they shipped it to the initial wrong address.

The K2 plus is so great. I can make big parts all in one plate instead of having to split parts, it prints smoothly, no issues yet! Really enjoying it, you guys are awesome.

I've had this printer for just over 1 month and have had nothing but issues. This printer is a terrible waste of money and completely useless (like Creality's support). When i first bought this I only used Creality products (filament, software, slicer) and was printing PLA fine. When i tried using PETG the printer would clog every single time. Having to take apart the extruder to clear, which is tedious. When the filament got stuck and couldn't retract back tot he CFS, that broke something and now the CFS thinks there's filament loaded when empty. I've tried everything. Note, I have a regular k2 sitting 8 inches away from the k2 plus and it works perfectly. Do not buy this printer!
