Glenn Towel Bar

I love this towel bar, however, I’m not happy with the customer service. I ordered the black towel bar, but received the towel bar in black and the holders that attach to the wall in brass. The entire rack was supposed to be completely black. After contacting the company, they were willing to replace the entire item, which means I would have to send this one back and wait for another to arrive. I was not willing to do that because it took a month for me to receive this after order was replaced. I just wanted the two attachments that get affixed to the wall (which should have been black), but they aren’t willing to do that. So I’m going to keep the towel bar as is and paint the two holders black.
