Airtex Shade 360 Hat

Great hat for sun protection while surfing! I picked this up for beach days and surf sessions, and it's exceeded my expectations. The fit is snug but comfortable, even with waves crashing over my head — it stays put and doesn't budge. The shade coverage is excellent, keeping my face, ears, and neck protected without feeling bulky or restrictive. The material dries fast and doesn't get waterlogged, which makes a huge difference when you're in and out of the water all day. It's lightweight enough that I forget I'm wearing it, but sturdy enough to handle rough conditions. Highly recommend

First things first I really do love this hat and would give it 4.8 stars if that was possible. Things I love, the light material and the air flow that it allows along with the excellent coverage. My only questions about his hat are the bill material, I know it’s meant to be light weight, but the bill material is easily deformed(my hat has been stuffed in a backpacking backpack a few times) and I have not been able to get it to return to a uniform shape. Not the end of the world but annoying when it starts messing with your field of view. Secondly, something I would be interested in seeing would be if the cut of the next flaps specifically the shape of the cut on the front could be altered such that when using the button and loop to snap it closed around the front, if that cut could be altered to at least cover the mouth and lips which can take a beating in intense sun environments. Thank Florence for all you do, I’m generally wearing some piece of your gear everyday and love pushing the limits with your products!

Very well made and exceeded my expectations. The sun protection is outstanding, especially with the neck and ear coverage, but it still feels lightweight and comfortable. It’s become one of my go-to pieces for long days outside
