This was super easy to do. Love that they have a local Atlanta shop. I emailed my files over, let them know what I needed and by the time I arrived, everything was ready for me. Someone could have called me to say “ hey the background is still showing “ I used a different background remover app and obviously it didn’t remove it as you can see but the odd thing is that as the end user, I see what I should see when the background has been removed.
So I lost money .
The other company I used before learning of your company has the BG remover as a tool option in the drop box. For this order , I had to use Canva and export . I do not know why it didn’t work this time . It did for my prev order.
You should update your software to use bg remover . The company I normally use is perfect press and I have never had a problem. You guys are closer so I wanted to try your services.
