Severe lack of communication. Told that half of my order was on back order, but I was not notified until I reached out. Even then I had to reach out via FB, Insta, and email to get a response. It's been a month now and no concrete update on order. I have over a decade of medical equipment ordering knowledge, so am very familiar with backorder issues and this is something the company would have been aware of ahead of time and should have let customers know prior to their orders processing and their money being taken. Trying to hold out hope for quality scrubs showing up at my door, but at this point my scam-o-meter is in the red.
