The New Winter Muslin Blanket - 100% Muslin Cotton (B1G1)

DO NOT BUY!! I bought 4 blankets and 6 pillow cases. Every item is multiple inches/smaller than described! The twin blanket is a baby sized and a king is like a full or maybe a twin… I wish I read the reviews first. Also, I thought it was a company in the US. It comes from china and there was NO shipping info updated on the shop app but I did get random DHL texts asking to pay import duty fees (~$40 of hidden costs) within 5 days or it will be shipped back to seller. The only positive is the color and material are as stated! There are a lot of photos attached. Including what I purchased. With a measuring tape showing dimensions that do not add up to what is described. Very unfortunate and I’m very disappointed. Could’ve been SUCH a great buy if measurements were accurate

at the moment I am in an email debate with someone named Jessica, I ordered 2 separate orders, each order had what was supposed to be 2 full sized blankets. when I received said orders they were THROWS. i paid quiet a bit of money for these blankets which are the same exact size as a baby bed mattress. she 1st said she would do a 30% refund, I wanted 50 she said 40%and I agreed. now its just a constant email debate on taking pictures, asking me several times for the order numbers, tried to get me to accept 1 complimentary king size blankets to replace the 4 blankets that I gave over 200 dollars for, this has been the biggest hassle I have ever had over something that was the fault of this company. my next review will be with the Better Business Bureau. this should have been settled days and days ago. instead I'm just receiving a big run around and it has become very irritating.

I was not sent the right size on either blanket. I spent to much money not to be sent the right size. even after many emails the company only agreed to replace 1 blanket. So now I have 2 throws that only make good lap blankets when they were for beds in the winter. Thankful for the 1 replacement but the hassle to get to that point was to much for me. I will be buying from another company from now on. I really like the product when it doesn't take weeks to arrive, and weeks to almost resolve an issue. I use my very first order every night. It washes well and I have them line dry it. Very soft. I have medical conditions and these are perfect for me. But I can no longer support this company.
