Roasted Hatch Green Chile (Jarred)

Trying the Medium for the 1st time. I ordered it bc my brother is coming from NM & I want him to try the jar. It's better than any frozen we can get. It's roasted perfectly. It's great to keep on hand to add a little green chili to everything. We put it on a fresh tortilla with a little garlic & have a sandwich.

ALWAYS excited to receive my newest shipment from Hatch. I usually order Mild, but my brother is coming for a visit so I ordered Medium this time too. We're from New Mexico, so we love our green chili on EVERYTHING. I'm excited for him to try the jar. Of course HE get fresh chili every year, but I have to admit, this jar chili is 🔥

I haven't ordered from here before, but I was pleasantly surprised. I'm a New Mexican living away from home so it's nice to be able to get my green chili wherever I go. I usually order from another NM company, but I think I'm gonna make a switch!
