I like how it feels on my face. There is no way to keep your hair up so it’s so tight on my neck . This picture does not show the woman’s hair .

I love it! I have only used it cold so far, with the mask both up and down. I am amazed at how soft it stays and how cushiony it is. Can you also PLEASE make a neck wrap? Most of them are awful.

product was as described. works great. it is properly cold out of the freezer, so I'll be keeping it in the fridge for the winter.
