SCOBY Order

I was completely pleased with the speed at which my order for a SCOBY in starter liquid was filled and sent to me. The directions said that the SCOBY didn’t need to be used immediately but it should be used within 4 months. About two weeks after receiving the SCOBY, the bag it was in started to inflate. It looked like it would burst way before even 2 weeks time. I called customer service and was told that the inflation was a natural occurrence, that my SCOBY was in great shape, and that I could make a pin-hole opening in the bag if I wanted to store it longer. I chose to make my first Kombucha batch the next day. The result was fabulous! I’m going to make a second batch today. Overall, I am quite pleased with the product and customer service!

1st batch of Booch

The items worked great! The support was great and the Booch was good. I should have burped it after 2 days but did so after 3 and well, it was a bit of a volcano. I'm on my second batch and I burped after 2 days with better results. Anyways good stuff!
