They stand behind their product
I have required customer support twice and no questions asked (other than to make sure they were addressing the correct issue. Immediate response and so far the replacement works as intended. The customer support that I have received (2 times) is all I need to continue to support the products.

Great service, as always
I wore out my toggle switch from endless fidgeting, so I contacted the help line and they sent me a new one along with a video on how to install it, free of charge. (They would have allowed me to send it in for service, but I thought I could handle it). Thanks for the great service!
