My Lyma supplement refill is my go to every day ~ am & pm ~ have been taking them religiously now for about 5 years ~ a long time & quite an investment ~ but they do the job ~ my hair, skin & nails are gloriously healthy. I didd look into the exact ingredients & then proceeded to shop online for each item ~ boy was it expensive ~ not feasible as well as no guarantee that the individual components would work synergistically. The LYMA Supplement has it all (I do take iron which is not in the LYMA Supplements ~ & also extra vitamin C ~ but otherwise I'm sorted ~ hope to be taking them for many years to come ~ they're just the best ~ I'm a loyal fan of LYMA ~ & would recommend them to anyone wondering whether to make the investment in themselves ~ they're worth it ! ! :)×
