The bed frame I bought my daughter for her first big girl bed is beautiful. It arrived well packed with no damages. After assembling, I realized there was a gap in the seam across the headboard and upon reaching out to the Customer Care team, they have quickly resolved the issue by shipping two new headboard pieces out to me without question. I am still waiting for them to arrive, but overall, my daughter (and us) love the bed and can sleep comfortably knowing it's sustainable and low VOC.

While the bed is beautiful, it doesn’t feel as sturdy as other beds from Max and Lily. (We have 4 total beds from here) It also came with some issues, like cracks and scratches straight from the box and I’m trying to figure that out through email, but will update if I can when it’s resolved
