I love this jacket, this is now my go to jacket. For once I am exited for winter riding! The customer service is a prime example on how every business should do it. I put in my order and I had a email from them explaining that they think I should try another size looking at the fact I got medium and a XS jacket so after some back and forth we established the correct size and on receiving my order it fit perfectly. I will be buying more from them! 👍
