Instructions are clearly illustrated. I had an occasion to email for clarification and I got a reply the next day from an understanding person. Love this company.

The Make-rame Palm Tree was so much fun! I had it done in about 2 days and I love it! Big success!

I still haven’t finished this-it is a lot harder to do then I thought it would be. The directions are a bit vague and not as helpful as I need. I got frustrated and put it down for a bit. I will finish it eventually.
