Concerned about size scale

I love the shorts style and pattern but the size was an issue for me. I bought a 2XL but the shorts were still a bit small. Not that a can’t loose a few lbs and they will fit comfortably…🤣 just wish I knew ahead of time when purchasing them so they wouldn’t sit in my dresser till that day

Prevail Shorts Review

I love the shorts, the fit and size is perfect, the only thing I’d like to see is one of the large side pockets having a zipper, and while I’ve had no issues with the material, it feels a little thinner than some other brands, almost more paper like. Concerned about how long they will last because I normally wear the same shorts for a few years, but so far so good.
