Would be five stars if the cap wasn’t loose

Why are you STILL selling these with defective caps that come loose almost instantly? You acknowledged that this was an issue on your socials a long time ago now. Such a shame because the lipstick is perfect but I will have to decant it into a container so as not to ruin the inside of another bag.

Fantastic lipstick

My third Pony - my favourite lipstick of all time. So hydrating. Beautifully sheer and nicely buildable. Not sticky or plastic glossy, but perfectly dewy. Pony is a lovely soft mauve that’s natural and wearable all year round. Right on the line between pink and brown. The packaging isn’t great though, nearly all mine (kept carefully in the Glossier silver bag with the protective felt liner) have developed tiny cracks in the caps, which means they fall off if you try and pop them loose in a handbag/makeup pouch.

Terrible

I’m used to have this in the colour Villa which I absolutely loved but this is just so messy. The colour is sort of a raspberry red which is nice but it just gets everywhere and stains really badly, no way to keep it in the lip line unless you apply with a lip brush but if you even rub your lips together it just smears everywhere. I wanted this as an easy lip product to apply on the go but I can’t wear it, I’d look like a clown. Such a shame and waste of money.
