This month's book was stunning. The book came well packaged so there was no damage

Book has an immaculate design. But once again arrived damaged due to suck poor packaging conditions. Not enough damage to qualify but defintely not suitable to the consumer who spends $50 for a book. You are expecting zero dents or folds.
