Don’t have a hat to review. Ordered months ago and ‘Evri lost the parcel’. Have been back and forth with the company via Instagram who take days to reply and keep assuring me that it’ll get sent out. I offered for them just to refund me. They instead refunded 10% of the cost and assured me it would be shipped ASAP. They have said for 3 weeks in a row it should be arriving. Very unprofessional
