These taste good, and the results are there, but the advertising/quantity is misleading. If you actually want 5g of creatine (normal amount) then you need to take 4 instead of the 3 (covers a month supply). So, yes, its good, but a 3 month supply is really only lasting a little over 2 months….

Customer service is nonexistent and never even got tracking. Besides that the texture is gritty and the taste is disgusting. For the price I would expect a better texture and taste. Returned the product definitely overhyped.

They aren't as soft as gummies usually are, abd the taste it's ok but not exactly flavorful ike advertised. They all taste the same and you have to take 4 gummies for only 5grs of creatine. I'll update my review about the results in a month.
