Gravity Water System Countertop Base

Thank you so much for replacing the base on our Santevia. I was so sad when the blue paint smeared and dyed the plastic, but you were so quick to help and send out a replacement. My family appreciates our machine so much! Gone are the days of hauling in heavy water jugs for the cooler. We have an ice machine we keep by the Santevia for those who want their water colder. The water tastes way better! I'm trying to convince my brother and my mother to both buy one for their own homes. Thank you.
