Preorders are not recommended. They claim within 3 weeks of release it will be sent, but I waited much longer than that... They were also continuing to take orders of the sold out products while i still had not received my orders. Honestly, from my perspective they are trap selling. Let's say you have 100 candies, but you sell 500 candies. Instead of fulfilling the first candies purchased, you continually increase the price as the candies sell and then only fulfill the 100 most expensive candies so you don't lose those orders. The remaining orders you charge a 10% cancelation fee and HOPE those orders get canceled and a lot of them do. Then after release (over a month later) when the price falls, they fulfill the cheaper preorders that are left. There are plenty of other reputable companies that successfully meet their deadlines and fulfill their orders in a timely manner. My recommendation is use them instead.
