Milk Oolong - Jin Xuan

Lovely tea & great company to deal with. Found them first at a local market, now this is my first online order. Milk Oolong has subtle green flavour with a pleasant buttery finish. Now I’ve found the game changing mug & strainer and these super teas I’ve completely ditched regular dusty tea bags!

Absolutely delicious. This is the second time I have brought this tea. The first time was at Aylesford Market where the seller asked me what my preferences were, and guided me to a few different teas. All of them were delicious, with Milk Oolong being mine (and my daughters) favourite. I now order online and find the Proper Tea Company good value for money as the packs do last a long time and the quality of the tea is top notch It is important to follow the directions for water temperature and brew time. I used to make my green or herbal tea with my husband's 'builders' tea. Some guidance from the seller now means I wait a moment for the water to cool to the right temperature before adding it to the leaves. That makes a big difference to the flavour especially for green tea. My other favourite tea is the Black Gunpowder.
