Punters Bottle

Big Thanks to Punters Golf, for replacing a defective drink cup under warranty, no questions asked, great customer service

Excellent product, make my hot drink at 5.30 in the morning, load the golf cart onto the trailer, head to the course, hit a few on the range, chipping green and putting green, tee off at 6.50 am, coming to the 18th tee box at 10.50 am and the drink is still warm. Exactly as advertised.

Bottle snib was not working properly after a few days and when pressed would not open the lid to have a drink, I emailed support to tell them and they said they would review and then I heard nothing back for over 2 weeks, now it has just flipped off and the spring went flying somewhere I could not find it... Bottle is bascically unusable now as it cannot close and spills water.. Emailed them again and nothing.... Could have been a great bottle if not for the cheap plastic...
