Order came in with a loose thread in the L in the word Fellas. Reached out to customer service to try to fix/see if I could return for a new one or credit back. I did not receieve any help or feedback after issues, and emailed customer support twice. Nice hat, but not that quality I was expecting for my boyfriends surprise gift.
