This wrist trainer is just like my other items I ordered. There were no instructions, nothing showing me how to use it properly, and nothing explaining what results I'm looking for and why. I'm not even sure I'm wearing it correctly. I tried it on nine holes then took it off and played the back nine....not only didn't I see any difference in my swing, Contact or ball flight on the back nine but it left a small mark on the back of my left hand. I'll try it a little more but it doesn't seem to benefiting me at all...maybe I'm not breaking my wrist and never needed it to begin with....

I buy a lot of training aids but this one is by far the most effective. Went out with it on for 2 fulls rounds recently and played some of the best iron shots in a long time. Probably not meant to stay on for every shot but I certainly will try to figure out how to get it into my round from here on out!

On the 3rd use- the stitching ripped on the top of the trainer. The plastic strip inside flew out and now I have a piece of duct tape to hold in in place. Disappointing in the quality.
