I have been thinking of buying this system for a while after a friend said she really tasted the difference and guess what you really do. Well worth the money and highly recommend.

I had ordered Water2 refill capsule as well as the Fluoride filter, for the first time, and a bundle that included both of these for a family member as well as refill capsules. All super easy to order and especially appreciated that fantastic customer services; I had replies to emails and questions VERY promptly and this information helped greatly in making the purchases that we needed- thank you. I was happy to receive the deliver very promptly too. Nevertheless, good on Royal Mail that had placed the whole package into a strong plastic bag, since the black plastic packaging used had ripped badly in a number of places. As to setting up, may be easy enough for someone accustomed to DIY, however, I called on my engineer neighbour who can turn his hand to anything, normally. Nevertheless we did get up a video of yours on the site to understand the procedure for getting out the old Water2 capsule to replace with the new one. Attaching the Fluoride filter, however, looked very simple. And in relation to getting out the old capsule we advise that an adjustment is made to the guidelines, because these had been to 'pinch down' This was tried many times to no avail. The guidance needs to be 'push back' and it will work. And wonderful to be tasting that lovely filtered water again. Will continue to use and to recommend where I can. Blessings
