Feeling the difference

Been using a month now, def noticed a difference in dry lips and skins better. I have a glass with one shot in the morning then add 4 shots to my 2ltr bottle for the rest of the day! Def recommend I’ll definitely be continuing.

Only thing keeping me hydrated

I actually want to drink water when using Oshun. Other electrolytes are too sweet tasting or fizzy. This has helped me stayed hydrated throughout breastfeeding

I'm pregnant and felt it was wise to take electrolytes. Not sure what changes can be attributed to Oshun and what changes are due to pregnancy. Skin is perhaps a bit clearer. Certainly still have brain fog and fatigue but presumably that's down to pregnancy!
