I'm sorry to say this book was all about your Company how you got to where you are today. Nothing about how to get the right dough base or any decent recipes. . Absolutely nothing about this book was of any interest. The few recipes you do have weren't something I'd make . . . I was very disappointed and it was no way worth the high price tag. . . ! Sorry . . .
