COOKIE BUTTER BAKERY EMULSION

Adding this one to our base recipe made my husband immediately declare butter vanilla as "stupid!" (Just a few minutes before, butter vanilla was his favorite). He doesn't have a lot of things that excite him, food-wise, but this certainly makes him happy. I like it, too, but orange is still the best. I don't have a comparison, really. I've never known "cookie butter" as a flavor and we bought it on a whim. Extremely happy that we have discovered it.

This is the same flavor as cookie butter one finds in the store. It has a Biscoff flavor to it and it’s delicious.

I love cookie butter and was so excited to see this emulsion.
