ordine troppo lungo ad arrivare, nel sito c'è scritto dai 3 ai 9 giorni di consegna ce ne ha messi 19, e se non contiamo i festivi (sabato e domenica) 13, comunque più di quelli detti. Lo zaino nell'insieme va bene, ha quello che viene descritto, ma non c'è un qualcosa per chiuderlo con un lucchetto. Nel video fanno vedere che ci metti un casco, ok, ma se non posso chiudere la zip me lo rubano

Customer service was surprisingly good. I had an issue with the delivery (it stalled for better than a week at one location) I emailed Customer service and it progressed in the system almost instantly. Kudos to the service team! The bag seems to be durable and attaced easily, I'm looking forward to using it on my trips. Nice product, good company, superior service, there's not much more that I can ask ... except that it ships from overseas, which means a longer shipping time (customs checks). It's not as capacious as the description suggests but big enough for helmet, gloves etc. It took a while to work out how best to attach it bit it is secure, waterproof and does what I hoped.
