Luminol Liquid Highlighter

Sparkly! test swatch on the top of my hand lasted a hand wash and had some glittering in the sunlight. The man downfall is that it would not pump out of the dispenser. Opened and untwisted and there’s no connection for the product to the pump base.

Adds an ethereal, ghostly blue shine. I usually dont like liquid highlighters, but i love how smooth and easy it is to blend it out. Doesnt pull patchy or get textured on the skkn

Not as lasting as it should be for the price.. wishing I could return not tbat glitter isn’tpretty just way too expensive
