Excellent BJJ Spats

Really impressed with the Progress Academy Spats. They’re extremely comfortable, fit really well and feel great during training. The material is lightweight, breathable and quick-drying, which makes a big difference during hard rolling sessions. They stay securely in place without feeling restrictive, and the stretch gives you complete freedom of movement whether you're drilling, sparring or competing. I also really like the simple black design — they look sharp on their own but work equally well underneath fight shorts. The quality feels excellent for the price, and after repeated training and washing they’ve held up really well. Overall, these are comfortable, durable and genuinely made with BJJ in mind. A great pair of spats for anyone training regularly, and excellent value for money.

Sizing are accurate. Spats are very comfortable and the elastic waist makes them secure and perfect for rolling.

Progress spats

Used in competitions. Like them alot. Strong, adaptable and supportive.
